Zac welcomes landmark Environment Bill

Last week, the MP for Richmond Park and North Kingston introduced the government’s landmark Environmental Bill to Parliament. The Bill sets out the government’s climate and environment ambitions and will guarantee the government keeps – or raises – the UK’s environment standards post-Brexit. 

Zac joins Nick Ferrari on LBC to talk Extinction Rebellion

MP for Richmond Park and North Kingston joined Nick Ferrari on LBC Radio to discuss the Extinction Rebellion. 

In the interview, the Minister for the Environment stated:

Zac discusses new Environmental Bill on Radio 4

The MP for Richmond Park and North Kingston welcomed the new Environment Bill on the Radio 4 Today Programme. The landmark new Environment Bill builds on the government’s action to protect the environment, which was clearly set out in the 25 Year Environment Plan. 

Zac collects Oak tree from Extinction Rebellion

The MP for Richmond Park and North Kingston joined fellow MPs in collecting a gifted tree from Extinction Rebellion on Wednesday 9th October. Zac met with representatives from Extinction Rebellion and discussed the importance of planting more trees across the UK and overseas.

Zac visits school garden in Battersea

On Friday 11th October, MP for Richmond Park and North Kingston visited Christ Church CE Primary in Battersea and was joined by Natural England’s interim Chief Executive Marian Spain.
