Zac Goldsmith, MP for Richmond Park and Kingston North and the government’s Illegal Wildlife Trade Conference champion, released European eels into the Thames with the leading eel conservation charity, the Sustainable Eel Group (SEG), to highlight the plight of the endangered species.
On Thursday 6th of September, Zac met with the Thames Landscape Strategy (TLS), a non-profit organisation, whose aim is to promote and conserve the river corridor between Weybridge, Hampton and Kew.
