Zac Goldsmith MP welcomes confirmation from Network Rail that construction of the White Hart Lane Footbridge will begin from the 3rd December.

In response to concerns raised with him by local residents in Ham, Petersham, and Richmond Riverside ward, Zac Goldsmith alerted the Police to an increase in constituent enquiries regarding burglaries and car thefts in Ham over recent weeks. 

New figures released today show that nearly 400 hunting trophies from endangered animals have been imported into the UK in recent years, as well as almost 1 ton of elephant tusks.

On Tuesday, 19th of November, Zac Goldsmith attended Christ’s School in Richmond to talk to the Year 11 students about their Citizenship campaign project.

Zac Goldsmith attended the Shooting Star Chase Christmas Fair and fundraiser on Friday 16th November at the Petersham Hotel.

On Thursday, 15th of November, Zac Goldsmith hosted a public meeting and a Q&A session with local residents at The Willow Real Food Restaurant and Bar, at the Triangle in New Malden.  The event was very popular with constituents and well over 100 residents attended the event.

Zac Goldsmith, alongside a group of cross-party MPs, supported an amendment to the Finance Bill which brought about a reduction in the maximum stake at fixed odds betting terminals from £100 to £2.
