HELP! It’s that time of year again……trays of withering seedlings on the radiator…
30 leggy sunflowers with no place to go…

What’s better, wilful neglect or just throw them out when nobody’s looking? Oh the guilt!

Fear not, help is on hand: teaching your KS2 children growth, nutrition and reproduction in green plants can be fun, productive and oh so cheap!

The first of three after school activity-based CPD sessions for teachers and teaching assistants with Strawberry Hill House Garden Education Consultant, Sally Stratton. Also suitable for KS1 teachers, parent volunteers and Gardening Club leaders who’d like to learn more.

All resources and refreshments provided

Thursday March 22nd, 4pm – 6pm

Community Garden and Education Centre, Strawberry Hill House, 268 Waldegrave Road, Twickenham TW1 4ST
