Garden Grabbing in Ullswater Close defeated.

I am delighted to know that the Maldens and Coombe Neighbourhood Planning sub committee, at their meeting on 7th September decisively rejected a plan to build three Huf houses in the back garden area of a house in Ullswater Close, on the Robin Hood Estate.

Zac Goldsmith MP added: I congratulate Andrew Aisles and his neighbours on mounting a successful campaign,  supported by the Kingston Vale Residents Association. The developer has put in three planning application and two appeals, all which have been rejected.  Hopefully he will recognise that Kingston Council will remain firmly opposed to Garden grabbing and build his houses in a more appropriate area.

This is a victory for local democracy.
